Our Quality Assurance protocol ensures that every cylinder leaving our La Mirada facility meets strict industry specifications for safety, purity, and performance.
All refrigerants sold by Refrigelle are guaranteed to meet or exceed **AHRI Standard 700**. This is the globally recognized benchmark for fluorocarbon refrigerants set by the *Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute*.
Purity: Guaranteed minimum 99.9% purity.
Composition: Verified chemical composition (e.g., correct R-410A blend ratio of HFC-32 and HFC-125).
Contaminants: Strict limits on volatile impurities and high-boiling residues.
No Reclaimed Gas: We sell exclusively **Virgin (New)** refrigerant. We do not sell reclaimed, recycled, or recovered gases that have been processed from old systems.
No “Cocktails”: Our supply chain is strictly monitored to prevent cross-contamination. You will never receive “mixed” gas that can damage compressor windings or void equipment warranties.
Moisture is the enemy of any cooling system, leading to acid formation and compressor burnout.
Low Moisture Content: Our refrigerants are processed to ensure water content is below **10 PPM** (Parts Per Million), significantly lower than the standard allowance.
Non-Condensable Gases (NCGs): We ensure NCGs (air/nitrogen) are less than 1.5% by volume in the vapor phase, ensuring your system pressures remain stable and efficient.
Safety starts with the container. We strictly adhere to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations for hazardous materials.
DOT-39 Spec: All disposable cylinders are manufactured to DOT-39 specifications.
Safety Relief Valves: Every cylinder is equipped with a pressure relief device to prevent explosion in the event of overheating.
Factory Seals: Every cylinder is shrink-wrapped and valve-sealed at the factory. If a cylinder arrives with a broken seal, **do not use it** and contact us immediately for a replacement.
Climate Controlled Storage: Our inventory is stored in our La Mirada warehouse under controlled conditions to prevent cylinder degradation or rust.
First-In, First-Out (FIFO): We manage inventory to ensure you receive fresh stock, not cylinders that have been sitting for years.
We stand by our product. If you are a commercial client and require a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for a bulk lot, please request this at the time of order, and we can provide batch-specific documentation verifying the chemical composition.
