A: Minor cosmetic dents from shipping are common and do not affect the gas. However, if the valve is damaged or the box shows signs of leakage:
1. Do not use the cylinder.
2. Take photos immediately.
3. Contact us at support@refrigelle.com within 48 hours for a replacement.
A: No. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay (plus applicable sales tax for your state). We do not add separate handling or Hazmat fees at checkout we absorb those costs to keep your pricing simple.

We sell 100% Virgin Refrigerant. It is factory-sealed and meets AHRI-700 purity standards. We do not sell reclaimed or mixed gases unless clearly marked as such in a specific “Reclaimed” category.
A: We source from major, reputable manufacturers. While brands may vary based on global supply (e.g., Chemours, Honeywell, or Generic White Box), the chemical specifications are guaranteed to be identical and AHRI-700 compliant.
A: Most of our 24lb and 25lb cylinders (like R-410A and R-404A) have a dip tube for liquid dispensing when upright. However, always check the arrow markings on the box/cylinder. If there is no dip tube, simply invert the cylinder to dispense liquid.
A: Yes, but only if the factory seal is unbroken. You must contact us within 30 days. Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies, and you are responsible for the Hazmat return shipping costs.
This is rare, but covered under our warranty. If a cylinder arrives empty (due to a transit leak) or has a seized valve, we will replace it free of charge. Video/Photo proof is required.
