At Refrigelle, we are committed to providing the highest quality refrigerants and HVAC supplies. Our warranty policy ensures that you receive products that meet strict industry standards for purity and safety.
We warrant that all refrigerant gas sold by Refrigelle meets or exceeds AHRI-700 standards for purity at the time of delivery.
Coverage: We guarantee the gas is free from non-condensable gases, moisture, and high-boiling residues within the limits set by the Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI).
Remedy: If an independent lab analysis proves the refrigerant delivered was off-spec *before* use, we will replace the cylinder and cover shipping costs.
We warrant that the steel cylinder and valve mechanism are free from defects in materials and workmanship upon receipt.
Dead on Arrival (DOA): If your cylinder arrives with a seized valve, a leak, or physical damage that prevents dispensing, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Resolution: We will provide a replacement cylinder or a full refund for verified defective units.
For items other than refrigerant gas (such as vacuum pumps, manifold gauges, or adapters):
These products are covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty.
Refrigelle does not offer a separate warranty but will assist you in contacting the manufacturer for repair or replacement services within the first 30 days of purchase.
This warranty does not cover damages or issues resulting from:
Improper Use: Charging the wrong refrigerant into a system (e.g., putting R-410A into an R-22 system).
Storage: Improper storage of cylinders (e.g., leaving them in direct sunlight/heat exceeding 125°F).
Normal Wear: Cosmetic scratches on the cylinder paint that do not affect safety or function.
Modifications: Tampering with the safety relief valve or attempting to refill a non-refillable cylinder.
Refrigelle warrants the chemical composition of the product only. We do not warrant that the refrigerant will fix a specific mechanical failure in your HVAC system. System performance depends on proper diagnosis, mechanical integrity, and the skill of the technician.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Refrigelle shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, downtime, or damage to HVAC equipment arising from the use of our products.
To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

2. Provide Proof: Include your Order Number and clear photos/videos of the defect (e.g., soap bubbles showing a leak at the valve).
3. Return Authorization: Do not ship a defective cylinder back without our instruction. We will provide a specific Hazmat return label or disposal instructions.
