At Refrigelle, we support high-volume HVAC professionals, auto repair shops, and resellers with competitive bulk pricing. Our Wholesale Program is designed to keep your inventory stocked with premium refrigerants at the lowest possible cost per pound.
To qualify for a wholesale account and tax-exempt purchasing, you must provide the following documentation:
Business License: Proof of valid business registration.
Reseller Certificate: A valid State Resale Certificate (to waive sales tax).
EPA Certification: A copy of your Section 608 Certification (for HVAC) or Section 609 Certification (for Auto), or a signed statement verifying purchase for resale to certified technicians.
We offer tiered pricing based on volume:
* **Tier 1 (Small Fleet):** 10 – 39 Cylinders (Mixed skus allowed).
* **Tier 2 (Pallet Pricing):** 40+ Cylinders (Full pallet, typically one SKU).
* *Please contact us for current Tier 2 pricing, as commodity markets fluctuate weekly.*
While single cylinders ship via FedEx/UPS Ground, wholesale orders typically ship via **LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) Freight**.
Accessorials: Please specify if your delivery location requires a Lift Gate or has a Loading Dock.
Receiver Responsibility: You must have personnel available to receive and inspect the pallet upon arrival.
Damages: Any damage to the shrink wrap or boxes must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) *before* the driver leaves.
4. Payment Terms
New Accounts: Payment is required in full prior to shipment via Credit Card, ACH, or Wire Transfer.
Net Terms: Net 30 terms may be available for established partners subject to credit approval and a minimum 6-month order history.
If you are purchasing for resale, we can set your account to Tax-Exempt.
* You must email a copy of your valid Resale Certificate to support@refrigelle.com *before* placing your order.
* We cannot refund sales tax after an order has been processed if the certificate was not on file.
Due to the logistics of freight shipping:
All Wholesale/Bulk sales are final. We do not accept returns on pallet orders unless the product is proven defective or the wrong product was shipped.
In the event of a defect, Refrigelle will arrange for the replacement of the specific defective units.
To open a wholesale account or request a quote for a pallet:
1. Email support@refrigelle.com with the subject line “Wholesale Application”.
2. Include your Company Name, Address, and estimated monthly volume.
3. Attach your EPA certification and Reseller Permit.
