3. Payment Processing & Authorization

Immediate Charge: Your credit card or payment method will be charged at the time your order is placed.
Verification: To prevent fraud, your billing address and zip code must match the information on file with your card issuer. Mismatched information may result in your order being flagged or canceled.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation immediately upon successful payment. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

4. Sales Tax

California Residents: Since our business is physically located in California, we are required by law to collect state and local sales tax on orders shipped to California addresses.
Other States: Sales tax may be calculated and collected for other states based on economic nexus laws. The final tax amount will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Tax Exempt: If you are a tax-exempt business, please submit your Resale Certificate to **support@refrigelle.com** before placing your order so we can adjust your account status.

Charges on your bank or credit card statement will appear as:
“SP  REFRIGELLE” or “REFRIGELLE.COM

6. Payment Issues & Troubleshooting

If your payment is declined:
1. Check that your billing address matches the address on your card statement exactly.
2. Ensure your card has sufficient funds/limit.
3. If using PayPal, ensure your account is verified.
4. Contact your bank to authorize the transaction if it was flagged for security.
