Shipping Policy

At Refrigelle, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and safely. Because our products are classified as **Compressed Gases (Hazardous Materials)**, we strictly adhere to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations regarding ground transport.

1. Order Processing Time

Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday).
Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST usually ship the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Restrictions

Due to federal safety regulations regarding compressed gas cylinders:
Ground Shipping Only: We ship exclusively via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground.
No Air Freight: We cannot offer Overnight, 2nd Day Air, or Express shipping. Compressed gas is prohibited on aircraft.
No PO Boxes: We require a physical street address for delivery. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

3. Shipping Locations

Contiguous United States: We currently ship to the lower 48 states.
Exclusions: We do **not** ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or International locations at this time due to Hazmat logistics limitations.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.
Standard Ground Shipping: Calculated at checkout.

5. Hazmat Compliance

All cylinders are inspected and packed in DOT-approved packaging. A “Limited Quantity” or “Class 2.2 Non-Flammable Gas” label is applied to every package in accordance with 49 CFR transportation regulations.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

7. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your cylinder arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item:
1. Do not use the cylinder.
2. Take photos of the damaged box and cylinder.
3. Contact us immediately at (562) 285-5695** or support@refrigelle.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
